Via een autodealer geattendeerd op Lanova Laadpalen. Na de snelle ontvangst van de duidelijke offerte zijn de laadpalen inclusief bebording bij de parkeerplaats van de praktijk geplaatst. Ook de elektrische werkzaamheden zijn op een erg prettige manier door Lanova Laadpalen begeleid. Al met al een fijn en betrouwbaar bedrijf met vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers, een echte aanrader! Ik had dus een geïnstalleerde laadpaal staan, maar kon er niets mee. Ondanks dat Lenova ook nog openstaande rekeningen van dit bedrijf heeft, ruilen zij mijn laadpaal om naar gewenste type, tegen installatiekosten (wordt binnenkort door hun installateur uitgevoerd) en leveren een juiste kabel hiervoor tegen nette prijs. Lanova Laadpalen BV is een bedrijf dat met je meedenkt, en oplossingen bied, ook al kunnen ze niets aan het ontstane probleem doen. Een dikke pluim. Excellent service. So I had an installed charging station, but couldn't do anything with it. Despite the fact that Lenova also has outstanding bills from this company, they exchange my charging station to the desired type, at installation costs (will be carried out by their installer soon) and supply a correct cable for this at a fair price.
