N	Nathalie van Leeuwen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloemen besteld, telefonisch overlegd over de bos, er werd zelfs speciale moeite gedaan om op de veiling te kijken voor lange bloemen die we graag wilden hebben. Ze staan na 1,5 week nog en de ontvangster is nog steeds enorm blij met de bos. Heerlijk om zoiets te kunnen geven. En wat een fijne bloemenzaak met geweldige service. Flowers ordered, consulted by phone about the bunch, special effort was even made to look at the auction for long flowers that we really wanted. They are still standing after 1.5 weeks and the recipient is still very happy with the bunch. Wonderful to be able to give something like that. And what a nice flower shop with great service.

Hiervoor mijn dank. What great service. I wanted a funeral arrangement of my own taste. My wishes were listened to very carefully and the piece has become really beautiful. Thank you for this.

Kom er zelf al nooit meer, maar van 2 mensen voor mijn verjaardag een zeer slecht produkt van deze zaak gehad. Een bos rozen die na 3 dgn verlepten enen opgemaakte bak met geraniums en kampanula, waar extra voor betaald is wat aarde en opmaak betreft. Dit was zo asociaal slecht, alle planten zaten nog in de potjes hier zat 1 extrapotje onder 1 plant en voor de 2 handjes aarde die er bovenop waren gegooid is 2 euro extra betaald. Deze bak heeft het natuurlijk niet langer dan een maand vol gehouden. Conclusie Zeer slecht. Still bad after years. Too expensive And incompetent staff. Never come there myself, but from 2 people for my birthday I had a very bad product from this business. A bunch of roses that withered after 3 days and a prepared container with geraniums and kampanula, for which extra was paid in terms of soil and layout. This was so antisocially bad, all plants were still in the pots, here was 1 extra pot under 1 plant and 2 euros extra was paid for the 2 handfuls of soil that were thrown on top. Of course, this tank didn't last more than a month. Conclusion Very bad.

I have spoken with Bianca, the owner of the shop and together we have found a good solution to solve the problem below! She has been cooperative and she understood my problem. So we did not start in the right way but we definitely found a middle solution! Here my old review: Plants are good and for good price but the service was bad. I paid them 120€ to install plants in vases that would have been used on a vertical garden and they did a bad work. They damaged some vases and they did not install the plants in the right way so they were falling out. I asked 2 times to fix it. At the end they said it was not possible so they left it and they did offer me any money in return. If I would have done it alone I would probably obtained a better result even if I am not a professional.
