Hier baal ik van dus heb ik een mail naar het hoofdkantoor gestuurd en hoop dat ik alsnog geld terug krijg. Zo niet koop ik nooit meer bij Lara mode. Ik vind dit echt niet kunnen. Jammer Lara mode slechte reclame. Hopelijk geven jullie alsnog geld retour anders zijn jullie een goede klant kwijt.
Na telefonisch contact blijft Lara mode bij dit standpunt. Op internet staat dat je geld terug krijgt maar wannneer je in de winkel koopt niet. Triest. Koop niet bij Lara mode. Ik koop voortaan ergens anders ook voor mijn tieners. Geen polyester troep meer maar kwaliteit. Jammer dit, geen service bij deze zaak.
I wanted to return a skirt because my daughter said it itch. The lady took it back but I didn't get any money but a voucher. I am disappointed about this, so I sent an email to the head office and hope that I will still get my money back. If not, I will never buy from Lara fashion again. I really don't think this is possible. Too bad Lara fashion bad advertising. Hopefully you will still give money back otherwise you will lose a good customer.
After telephone contact, Lara fashion sticks to this position. On the internet it says that you get money back, but not when you buy in the store. Sad. Do not buy from Lara fashion. From now on I will also buy elsewhere for my teenagers. No more polyester junk but quality. Too bad, no service at this place.
