D	Daniel Claeys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ze hebben redelijk wat maar het duurt wel wat lang niet enkel de levering maar ook het bericht op je email dat je iets hebt gekocht zo dat je dit kunt doorgeven om te betalen. facebook en andere bronnen waar ze op staan is enkel voor reclame een bericht een vraag word vaak niet beantwoord ook hun twee email die ze hebben komt vaak geen reactie en als je dan een reactie krijgt is het zo van wat zeg je nu? en dan heb je ook nog vaak dat er geen informatie is wanneer een artikel uitverkocht is want wanner je het dan besteld dan zie je pas dat het is uitverkocht en dat is erg vervelend zeker wanneer je fan bent van een band. het is ook duurder dan bij andere een voordeel is wel dat je kunt betalen met een bankoverschrijving. vroeger waren ze beter de service en de communicatie tussen de verkoper en de klant. toen ik de eerste keer die website had gevonden en gekocht het ging vlug en de service was een stuk beter dan wat ze nu is maar ja dat is wel vaker zo wanneer je klein bent en niet erg veel verkoop dan zijn ze blij met jouw maar wanneer je verkoop van ach ik heb genoeg verkopers dus een meer of minder maakt niets uit andere kopen dan wel iets. they have a fair amount, but it takes a long time not only the delivery but also the message on your email that you have bought something so that you can pass it on to pay. facebook and other sources they are on is just for advertising a message a question is often not answered their two email they have often does not get a reaction and if you get a reaction it is like what do you say now? and then you often have that there is no information when an article is sold out because when you order it, you only see that it is sold out and that is very annoying, especially if you are a fan of a band. it is also more expensive than others, it is an advantage that you can pay with a bank transfer. they used to be better service and communication between the seller and the customer. when I first found and bought that website it went quickly and the service was a lot better than what it is now but yes that is often the case when you are small and not very much selling then they are happy with you but when you sell oh well I have enough sellers so one more or less does not matter other than buying something.
D	D. vH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hun klantenservice en bezorging is pas echt een ramp. Regelmatig niet geleverde bestellingen en de klantenservice weigert elke keer daar iets aan te doen. Je moet het maar opnieuw bestellen, tegen de volle prijs en meestal is het dan niet meer op voorraad. Zwaar teleurgesteld in ze, ooit als tiener klant geworden met de befaamde catalogus. Their customer service and delivery is a real disaster. Regularly undelivered orders and customer service refuses to do anything about it. You just have to order it again, at full price and it is usually out of stock. Very disappointed in them, once as a teenager became a customer with the famous catalog.
D	Danielle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben al jaren lid en mijn halve kledingkast komt ondertussen bij large vandaan. Koop er ook vaak cadeautjes. Met het lidmaatschap heb je geen verzendkosten. Snelle levering en makkelijk te retourneren, heb altijd snel mijn geld terug. Prijzen van artikelen wisselen vaak door aanbiedingen dus regelmatig de site checken is zeker de moeite waard. I have been a member for years and half my wardrobe has now come from large. Also often buy presents. With the membership you have no shipping costs. Fast delivery and easy to return, always get my money back quickly. Prices of articles often change with special offers, so checking the site regularly is definitely worth it.
B	Broodje Kaas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik bestel denk ik al 20 jaar bij Large. Leuke producten, soms moet je even wachten met bestellen en dan kun je het vaak wel met korting krijgen. Ze hebben ook regelmatig kortingsacties. Ik heb eigenlijk nooit problemen gehad met de Large, wel pas geleden kleding ontvangen met een gaatje er in, maar daar werd niet moeilijk over gedaan en altijd netjes geld terug gekregen. Als ik een minpunt moet noemen is dat de retourbetaling soms lang kan duren (tot 2 weken) en ik vind het retourformulier redelijk irritant om in te vullen (weinig ruimte om te schrijven). Super fijn dat het retourneren gratis is en dat je achteraf kunt betalen. I think I have been ordering from EMP for 20 years. Nice products, sometimes you have to wait a while before ordering and then you can often get it at a discount. They also have regular discount promotions. I have never had any problems with the Large, I recently received clothes with a hole in it, but it was not difficult and always got a nice refund. If I have to mention a downside is that the return payment can sometimes take a long time (up to 2 weeks) and I find the return form quite annoying to fill in (little space to write). Great that the return is free and that you can pay afterwards.

N	Natascha Jongsma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with a lot of choice, generally good quality, certainly great designs and at a decent price. They also have a size chart on the clothing item pages. During Christmas especially and other holidays tend to be a bit slower than usual in orders and returns but it gets fixed, most of the time within a satisfactory time. Could do with a bit more info updates from their side when it comes to returns as it's all a bit vague, as well as their customer service can use some improvement. Still by far my favorite place for clothing, nerdy gifts or just a cute funko pop for myself. They have an amazing selection of shoes and coats. Though pricey, they are really good looking and good quality. Some of their accessories are very well made as well, for not a lot of money. Generally just a really good store that I love to shop at, am a long time customer and own the majority of my clothing from.
