★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner here last night on the recommendation of the nearby VRBO we are staying. I’ve never been to a Michelin Star rated restaurant to my knowledge but the food, service and atmosphere here knocked my socks off. Small and word is out - so you will definitely need a reservation. Price was not anymore than what we pay at many California restaurants but the meal was much much better. Wish we lived closer. Plan to take your time and enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't deliver at all. Not the expectations nor the price/quality ratio. I will not come back for sure.
So first of all the worst thing: the dough of my desert was undercooked. It was raw for the largest part. I didn't have to pay for it though.
Second of all: there was sand in one of my clams. I felt it between my teeth and saw it in the clam.
Third: the lam was far from perfectly pink, really too purple and raw.
Fourth: the opening of the wine was badly done so there was some cork in the wine. Furthermore, they didn't have the wine on the menu that we chose.
Fifth: they price still water way too much and it is not nice to realize that at the end.

The bad: we ordered six course dinner at 8.15pm. The first two course took two hours, the next two 1,5 hours and what a surprise its curfew hour (midnight)…. Good start of the service but getting worse over time and after complaining about the slow service uncourteous.
Wine list is okay but with some surprises. House-wine for 5 € available at the internet…
In short: excellent kitchen but not sure how/where they got a Michelin star from
Amex accepted for the reservation fee but not in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time, wont forget, great food, tasty and fine foods. Generous meal too. Small diner room 25 people max. Waitresses were very nice. I recommend this restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well this was one of the best places I have been I a while. During covid times the old brasserie concept was brought forward but prepared to perfection, accompanied by exllent wines. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was out first Michelin dining experience and wow, what a way to start off. We were there for a good 3-4 hours and didn't even realize how long we had been there until we saw the time. The staff explained the entire menu, location is a quick walk from Centraal station, and the interior is just out of this world. Now, the food. You just have to try it, IT IS AMAZING! There is no way I can do justice to the food in words, it really is that good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy Michelin starred restaurant. It is not like those who over-do interior nor a pretentious place but more casual relaxing dining place. Meals were tasty and the service was friendly yet professional. Overall very good dining experience but not super impressive compared to other star restaurants. Price-wise quite good value for a star restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a stellar experience at Lastage! We opted for the eight course “flight” of food, and it blew our minds. Absolutely delicious, intricate and inventive dishes, and an amazing wine selection to accompany it.
Service was really great as well.
