★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een nieuwbouwhuis gekocht waarvan Laudy aannemer is. De communicatie is zeer zeer slecht. Vragen worden niet of nauwelijks beantwoord. Bij vragen over de oplevering word je steeds verwezen naar een nieuwsbrief (die pas na 2/3 maanden komt) en waarbij je huis dan ook nog eens wordt vergeten. Het is ook niet mogelijk om de tuinafmetingen te krijgen. Dit moeten we maar zelf afleiden uit een projecttekening zonder afmetingen. Ik ben hierover zeer ontevreden en had wel wat meer service verwacht, zelfs ook al is het een bouwbedrijf.
We have bought a new-build house of which Laudy is a contractor. The communication is very, very bad. Questions are hardly answered or not at all. If you have questions about the completion, you will always be referred to a newsletter (which only comes after 2/3 months) and where your house is also forgotten. It is also not possible to get the garden dimensions. We have to deduce this ourselves from a project drawing without dimensions. I am very dissatisfied with this and would have expected a bit more service, even though it is a construction company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meest waardeloze bouwbedrijf. Enorm slechte communicatie naar haar onderaannemers. Oplossen van openstaande punten en geschillen loopt volledig buiten gestelde termijnen na oplevering.
Geen goed woord voor over.
Most useless construction company. Extremely poor communication to its subcontractors. Resolving outstanding points and disputes runs completely outside the set terms after delivery.
Not a good word for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben een huis gekocht op de groene loper, fase 2A. Dit zou opgeleverd worden in Q1 2021. Door corona is de prognose iedere keer opgeschoven. Nu staat de oplevering gepland voor eind maart 2022. De communicatie hierover vanuit Laudy is zeer slecht en beperkt. Ze antwoorden niet goed op de vragen en verwijzen altijd door naar de nieuwsbrieven. Hierin krijg je iedere keer te lezen dat de oplevering wordt verplaatst zonder verdere uitleg.
We bought a house on the green carpet, phase 2A. This would be delivered in Q1 2021. Due to corona, the prognosis has moved every time. Completion is now scheduled for the end of March 2022. Communication about this from Laudy is very poor and limited. They do not answer the questions well and always refer to the newsletters. In this you will read every time that the delivery is moved without further explanation.
