Nu wordt aan mij verteld dat ik over een half uurtje terug moet komen. Dit is trouwens NIET de eerste keer dat ik zo'n geval meemaak met deze wasserette. Ik moest dezelfde dag reizen dus vond het vervelend dat ik heen en weer moest rijden en bleef gewoon een half uur wachten. Ook waren mijn kleren niet goed gedroogd. Dit is mijn ervaring. English: Terrible service. Dropped my laundry off and picked it back up the following day and it was not properly dried. Customer service was also bad. I dropped my laundry off 2 days ago and came to pick it back up this morning and they told me to come back after a half an hour. They've done this to me TWICE. How could you tell me to come and pick up my laundry the next day at a certain time and then when I do arrive at that time...to come back after a half an hour? Never going to this wasserette again. Dutch: Poor customer service. I dropped off my clothes 2 days ago here to have it washed and dried. Now I am told that I have to come back in half an hour. This is NOT the first time that I have experienced such a case with this laundry. I had to travel the same day so it was annoying that I had to drive back and forth and just kept waiting for half an hour. My clothes were also not dried properly. This is my experience. Lekker het gas intrappen en de auto met kenteken VL-750-P ergens tussen duwen waar geen ruimte is. Als jullie net zo asociaal zijn tegenover klanten dan zul je mij er nooit zien. 1 ster is zelfs al te veel! Today at exit S111 of the A10, almost pushed off the road by a great Oner employee! Go on the gas and push the car with license plate VL-750-P somewhere between where there is no space. If you guys are just as antisocial towards customers you will never see me there. 1 star is too much!

Heb ze gemaild, geen reactie gekregen, gebeld meerdere keren, wordt nooit opgenomen, bericht ingesproken, nooit teruggebeld. Een vriendin uiteindelijk bereid gevonden om ze op te halen, waren ze dicht terwijl ze open zouden zijn. Nu zijn de pakketjes toch terug gestuurd en ben ik mijn geld kwijt. Na confrontatie hiermee zeggen ze dat ze er niets aan kunnen doen. Nou, een betere klantenservice moet toch niet al te moeilijk zijn. Unfortunately bad experience with them. Due to holidays I was not able to pick up packages on time. Emailed them, got no response, called multiple times, never answered, left a message, never called back. Finally found a friend willing to pick them up, they were closed while they were supposed to be open. Now the packages have been sent back and I have lost my money. After confronting this, they say there is nothing they can do about it. Well, better customer service shouldn't be too difficult after all.

First time there and besides the impersonal or mostly rude way to offer service, they weighted my clothes and they were way heavier than in my weight at home (working properly)! almost the double, charging you accordingly. What a rip off! Not for privates nor students!

Never picked up the phone or called back after my voicemail. Astonishing that you can still have packages delivered here? (packages got send back btw because i didnt get to pick them up in time:)

When I came to collect mine, there was someone there who spoke no Dutch or English and didn't want to give my package and said I needed to wait a couple of hours... Waste of time :( EDIT March21; seems to have improved! But still perhaps give them a ring before dropping by
