Het is een hele kick om te mogen ervaren wat er fysiologisch gebeurd. laura verteld ontzettend goed over de voordelen van de Wim hof methode. de begeleiding was warm en fijn! Dank je wel voor de fijne begeleiding en als ik weer in Amsterdam ben, dan kom ik zeker nog een keertje langs!
 I followed an Ice Bath workshop in Amsterdam with Laura and I absolutely loved it! It is a real kick to experience what happens physiologically. Laura tells us very well about the advantages of the Wim hof method. the guidance was warm and nice! Thank you for the great guidance and when I am back in Amsterdam, I will definitely come by again!

She talked me through it and it was a beautiful experience. I felt lazer focussed and energized for 4 days after the worshop. I will definately attend again! Thank you Laura and Isa!
