★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onenigheid over betaling. Wanneer zij niet de begeleiding kunnen doen, door Corona etc., wensen zij wel maandelijks de volle pond betaald te krijgen. Zij geven aan dat het kind de gemiste dagen op een ander moment, na de lockdown kan inhalen, wat in ons geval niet kan.
Een kapper, schilder of andere dienstverlener krijgt ook niet betaald bij het niet leveren van de afgesproken dienstverlening. Veel ingesproken berichten op WhatsApp en zielige verhalen.
Normaal is de begeleiding ca. 3 uur per keer. Zij willen voor nog geen 4 uur aan begeleiding in een maand, hetzelfde bedrag ontvangen als normaal voor 27 uur begeleiding per maand.
(2x per week 3 uur = 230 euro per maand). Ook tijdens de maanden zoals december met vakantie en beperkte opening/begeleiding verwachten zij de volle pond aan betaling.
Nu de begeleiding op een andere manier geregeld en de cijfers schieten gelukkig weer omhoog.
