Starting with a leak of water that was dismissed as βwater left from cleaningβ and ednded with a complex replacement of a pipe that took two hours and made us leave on last minute to our next destination, the heating broke before we left and was βfixedβ for a day and broke down when it was 2c, we froze at night with 2 small girls, had to use the stove to warm up. Then, water statetec dropping on our heads from the lights in the living room, when I called for assistance I was told that βthis is how it goes with the model I rentedβ, and lastly, water from the toilet kept coming up after flushes.
Heating is still not working after hours of work, some blankets will be provided to us. A dream vacation gone terribly bad.
