Been once and never again. Quarrel because I didn't like someone. Sad tent where nothing is done about it.

What a TOP cafe is this. For years, the nicest and nicest party cafe in Tilburg. If you go to Tilburg and you have not been there then you have really missed something!

A guard standing outside determined whether your outfit was carnival enough. Some people were not allowed in for this, ridiculous.
