Het is duidelijk dat de studenten worden opgeleid om op het hoogste niveau te excelleren, waarbij persoonlijke aandacht en het creëeren van een verbinding voor de avond voorop staat. Dit is des te meer zichtbaar wanneer er een directe band tussen de gast en de stad bestaat. Genieten van frisse culinaire ideeën ondersteund door jeugdig enthousiasme in de gastvrijheid.
High level dining with great attention from the black brigade. Going the extra mile and exceeding guest expectations is the norm. It is clear that the students are trained to excel at the highest level, whereby personal attention and creating a connection for the evening are paramount. This is all the more visible when there is a direct link between the guest and the city. Enjoy fresh culinary ideas supported by youthful enthusiasm in the hospitality.
