★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a couple of times since I am a huge fan of French patisserie and I fully support the owner's endeavour of trying to bring this pastry culture to the Netherlands.
However, as things currently stand, the price/quality ratio is off in my opinion. I have no problem paying 4-5 euros for a pastry, but then I want the pastry to be excellent - which isn't the case currently. I mean, they certainly look the part, but they dont taste the part. Which is slightly disappointing. Also the viennoiseries lack butter, but now I am just nitpicking.
I wish the owner all of the success in the world and I will go back in the future to taste his creations again. If they will have improved, I will edit my review accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pastries are nuanced, balanced yet immensely flavorful! Instant favorite! Super friendly staff as well. It's a good thing we don't live in Rotterdam otherwise we'd frequent this place way too often.

Such a gem hidden in a squat business co-op! Maurice the master pâtissier is producing delish creation worth the sin of séduction!
