β β β β β Very poor quality product with very poor service. I have no idea how they could get 4,5 stars here, must be fake. Even the management and shareholders make promisses but do absolutely nothing about solving promisses. Legal action is now on the way.

From the moment you have some problems with broken parts you wonβt get any help.
The technical support redirect you to the general questions department and the other way around.
If you order reserved parts they never come on time. It takes weeks even months to get it. I am from Belgium and even then it lasts way too long.
When you call, they never know whatβs going on.
I find it very disturbing that if you buy such an expensive machine you get this type of crapy support. This is unacceptable!
