Ik WOU wat gaan bestellen bij deze winkel online. Echter zag ik flink wat addertjes onder het gras in de voorwaarden.
Allereerst: orderkosten à €15 worden in rekening gebracht bij orders onder €100 (lijkt het). Dit staat echter niet in de voorwaarden. Erg vreemd.
Ten tweede is retourneren niet tegen de standaard: je krijgt 90% terug van de bestelling én de retourkosten moet je zelf betalen (frankeren). Volgens mij mag dit niet eens meer volgens de wet.
Vast wel prima als je in de winkel iets gaat kopen, maar online ga ik hier geen aankoop doen. Ze zijn de enige die een bepaald slot verkopen welke we zoeken, maar we gaan toch maar een andere oplossing bedenken.

I would like to order something from this store online. However, I saw quite a few snags in the conditions.
First of all: order costs of € 15 are charged for orders under € 100 (it seems). However, this is not in the conditions. Very strange.
Secondly, returns are not against the standard: you get 90% back of the order and you have to pay the return costs yourself (franking). I don't even think this is allowed by law anymore.
Probably fine if you are going to buy something in the store, but I will not make an online purchase here. They are the only ones who sell a certain slot that we are looking for, but we are going to come up with another solution.
