M	Marco Maliepaard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte organisatie ... versturen met DPD DPD staat voor de deur zonder pakketten Gebeld met Ledloket (Koen) die zou vandaag maandag terugbellen omdat de bevestigde levering van zaterdag toch niet is geleverd. Nu maandag komen 2 pakketten binnen ... eerste open ... zitten al deuken in de armaturen. We gaan het 2e pakket maar eens uitpakken .. k vrees ook drama ... super slecht ingepakt. Doos volgepropt met strak tape erover .. dat is vragen om moeilijkheden! Zowel Ledloket als Dpd zijn waardeloze fima's !! Bad organization ... send with DPD DPD is at the door without packages Called Ledloket (Koen) who was supposed to call back on Monday because the confirmed Saturday delivery was not delivered. This Monday 2 packages are arriving ... first open ... are already dents in the fixtures. We are going to unpack the 2nd package .. I fear drama too ... super badly packed. Box stuffed with tight tape over it .. that's asking for trouble! Both Ledloket and Dpd are worthless fimas !!

Bij Action zelfde slimme led spots gehaald en werken wel en zijn zelfs veel voordeliger. Ledverlichting voor in de tuin, kantoor en werkplaats gekocht voor vele honderden zelfs ruim over de duizend euro en zijn niet thuis als iets niet functioneert om retour te nemen! SLECHTE SERVICE voor vaste klant / terugkerende klant die regelmatig besteld!!! Very dissatisfied with the fact of a non-working product! Bought smart LED spots and they do not function. The same smart LED spots have been obtained from Action and do work and are even much cheaper. LED lighting for the garden, office and workshop bought for many hundreds, even well over a thousand euros and are not at home if something does not function to take back! BAD SERVICE for regular/returning customer who order regularly!!!

Hardstikke tevreden! After roughly 9 months, a garden spotlight purchased at LedLoket broke down. Called and I was immediately sent a new garden spot. That's what I call service! Very satisfied!

Very pleased with the delivery. After incorrect delivery a call and still receive correct materials within 20 hours. Definitely recommended
S	Slytalion Faleas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een 10 meter RGB LED kit besteld bij Ledloket, dit was keurig op tijd geleverd en redelijk betaalbaar. Na het plaatsen van de strips bleek dat de trafo niet in orde was, afhankelijk van de gekozen kleur kwam er een zodanig hard gezoem uit dat ding dat je het 3 meter verderop op de gang nog kon horen! Ik heb een mail gestuurd naar Ledloket en zij hebben gelijk een vervangende trafo gestuurd en ik hoefde niet eens de oude terug te sturen, echt top service dus! Het mag dan ook duidelijk zijn dat de rest van mijn lampjes en LED's voor mijn nieuwe huis dus ook bij Ledloket gehaald gaan worden. I had ordered a 10 meter RGB LED kit from Ledloket, it was delivered on time and reasonably affordable. After placing the strips it turned out that the transformer was not in order, depending on the color chosen, that thing made such a loud buzz that you could still hear it 3 meters away in the hallway! I sent an email to Ledloket and they immediately sent a replacement transformer and I didn't even have to return the old one, so really top service! It should therefore be clear that the rest of my lights and LEDs for my new house will also be obtained from Ledloket.
P	Paul Kasteleyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De omschrijving van het product gaf aan dat het mijn huidige AR111 spot kon vervangen. Helaas paste de nieuwe spot in niet in mijn AR111 armatuur. In een ander AR111 armatuur paste het ook niet. Het is dus niet AR111 compatibel. Ledloket gaf aan dat een andere klant hier ook al problemen mee had, maar wil desondanks de retourverzendkosten niet terugbetalen. The description of the product indicated that it could replace my current AR111 spot. Unfortunately the new spot did not fit in my AR111 fixture. It also didn't fit in another AR111 fixture. So it is not AR111 compatible. Ledloket indicated that another customer also had problems with this, but nevertheless does not want to refund the return shipping costs.
