★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik snap dat het lastig is om mee te bewegen met de corona-regels van de overheid. Nul informatie tijdens mijn bestelproces over het afhalen van de bestelling. Enkel dat het er vanaf vrijdag ligt. Geen probleem, maar om vervolgens afgeblaft te worden bij de winkel dat ik geen afspraak heb gemaakt is idioot. Ik doe enkel wat jullie mij gevraagd hebben; mijn bestelling ophalen vanaf de dag dat dit mocht volgens jullie communicatie. Ik had het ook niet erg gevonden om op een ander moment terug te komen of alsnog een afspraak te maken, maar doe even normaal tegen je klanten.
 I understand that it is difficult to move with the corona rules of the government. Zero information during my ordering process about picking up the order. Only that it is there from Friday. No problem, but to be barked at the store that I didn't make an appointment is crazy. I only do what you have asked me to do; pick up my order from the day this was allowed according to your communication. I also wouldn't have minded coming back at a different time or making an appointment, but just be normal with your customers.
