★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered carpet for my room and I was going to pick it up a month later. Near the delivery date, I received a message that the delivery date was announced about 20 days later !!! Even though it ruined all my plans, I waited! But something stranger happened! Again, close to the delivery date, I received a message that for the second time, my delivery date was postponed for another 20 days! Twice the delay plus one month of waiting, about 2 months and 10 days, disrupted my full time and plans, and despite my follow-up, they did not even reply to my email to explain the delay !!! The customer orientation of this store is really awful.in addition The day I placed the order, the salesman did not answer me in English and said that he did not know English, but a few meters forward i Accidently to see that he was speaking completely English with another client, and I thought this behavior was very racist. My experience with this store was very bad and I would never recommend this store to anyone. And I have not received any carpet yet!!!!
