Beautiful curtains bought only if the hem comes off after two months, then the bill for yourself is bad service for me again.
s	sanne christjans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geachte leenbakker Van het samen wonen met je vriend en het huis inrichten met spullen naar meubels die incompleet zijn. Wat was het een feest om bij jullie spullen te kopen NOT! Het begon met de gordijnen van de slaapkamer deze werden geleverd maar er miste een haakje waardoor we licht inval hadden. Terug naar de winkel en het gordijn is naar de fabriek terug gestuurd. Dan nu door naar de meubels, de keuken stoelen werden donderdag geleverd, en vrijdag kwam de tafel..... erg zonde van de benzine kosten en een hoop gedoe voor post nl maar oké prima voor het weekend hebben we onze keuken set. TUURLIJK NIET leenbakker verrast je door 2 dezelfde setjes schroeven in de pakken waardoor we nu geen keuken tafel hebben en de onderdelen een week lang in de weg staan. Een half uur later iemand van de klantenservice aan de lijn krijg ik te horen we kunnen niks voor jullie doen behalve dan een nieuwe set schroeven te bestellen dit duurt 1 week. Kort samengevat we doen een bestelling van meer dan €1000 en op deze manier worden wij geholpen. Ik hoop dat er nog iets van een compensatie tegenover staat want dit is natuurlijk te zot voor woorden. Ook omdat de winkel zegt ja we kunnen de schroeven uit de meubels halen maar daar hebben wij geen tijd voor.... wat nou klant is koning Dear loan baker From living with your friend and decorating the house with things to furniture that is incomplete. What a joy it was to buy your stuff NOT! It started with the curtains of the bedroom which were delivered but a hook was missing so we had light. Back to the store and the curtain has been returned to the factory. Now on to the furniture, the kitchen chairs were delivered on Thursday, and on Friday the table came ..... very waste of the petrol costs and a lot of hassle for post en but okay fine for the weekend we have our kitchen set. SURE NOT a loaner surprises you by 2 the same sets of screws in the packs, so we don't have a kitchen table now and the parts get in the way for a week. Half an hour later someone from the customer service is on the line I am told we can do nothing for you except to order a new set of screws, this takes 1 week. In short, we place an order of more than € 1000 and in this way we are helped. I hope there is still some compensation, because this is of course too crazy for words. Also because the store says yes we can remove the screws from the furniture, but we do not have time for that ... what the customer is king
M	Martin Horneman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijna 800 euro schade aan mijn net geschuurde en gelakte eikenhouten vloer door stoelpoten die binnen 3 maand waren versleten. Met heel veel moeite kon ik eindelijk een claim indienen die vervolgens werd afgekeurd, omdat foto's niet duidelijk genoeg waren en omdat ik de doppen had vervangen. Wat een slecht argument, Goedkope flut winkel en daar is de sevice helaas ook naar. Ik ga nooit weer heen! (één aantekeing, de stoelen heb ik online gekocht, schade werd in Veendam in behandeling genomen) Almost 800 euros damage to my freshly sanded and varnished oak floor by chair legs that were worn out within 3 months. With a lot of effort, I was finally able to file a claim that was subsequently rejected, because photos were not clear enough and because I had replaced the caps. What a bad argument, Cheap flut shop and unfortunately the sevice is too. I never go again! (one note, the chairs I bought online, damage was processed in Veendam)

Ik zag leuke kleine salontafels.....maar ze worden per 2 of per 3 stuks verkocht. Ik wilde graag één...nee mevrouw, dat kan niet. Ja er waren ook ng een paar éénlingen maar niet veel en ik vond ze niet echt mooi... Searched at Leen Bakker for a small coffee table to put in a small room. I saw nice little coffee tables.....but they are sold per 2 or per 3 pieces. I would like one ... no ma'am, that is not possible. Yes there were also a few singletons but not many and I didn't really like them...
