★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiters are very friendly and helpful. I attendet Pot still festival. Waiters brough enough water and bread. The location is amazing. Especially the inner garten.

As is basically a hotel school, they have some of the best cleaned rooms on the planet. The rooms are converted cloister cells, but with very comfortable beds at a good price. Breakfast is included and also very good, as the eggs are freshly prepared to order and there is a wide selection of freh baked goodies from the school kitchen.

You can tell at the first look that huge investment has been done here to lift the standard of monastery to the one of comfortable hotel.
Staff and restaurant are biggest adventage of this place. It was a real pleasure to see the way they work and treat each other and clients. Also the cousine was delicious, served in profesional way, not too fancy in the same time.
Unfortunately there were some minor problems with parking space and temperature in the rooms. Despite around 3C outside in the morning, the heating was off.
As in monastery, the style and rooms are a bit "modest" but the price is not quite.
Anyway, still surely a nice place to stay if you are nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended the Pot Still festival. The historic venue was in great shape and the presentation made for a nice atmosphere. The event was well handled by staff and without any interruption. Rest areas were scarce and not very comfortable, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been there for the 3rd time already, for sure not the last time - we had a 4course dinner in the restaurant.
+ The menu is always surprising, unusual combinations of high quality incredients
+ The students are highly motivated, welcoming and giving their best in service and cooking, no matter if there are tiny beginner mistakes
+ The food is so delicious and also for me the 4-course menu was more then enough
- The ambiance is nice but it can get very noisy in the restaurant, as there is a lack of acoustic absorbers in the interior architecture.
