★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich besitze eine sehr schöne Leff Amsterdam Brick Uhr. Leider läuft sie nach gut 3 Jahren Jahren nicht mehr präzise. Ich konnte keinen Uhrmacher ausfindig machen der in der Lage ist, die Uhr zu reparieren. Daher habe ich beim Leff Amsterdam Kundendienst um Rat gefragt. Leider blieben meine zwei Anfragen unbeantwortet.
279 Euro für einen nicht reparablen Einwegartikel? Ein Kundenservice der nicht reagiert….? Von einem europäischen Hersteller hätte ich eine gewisse Nachhaltigkeit des Produktes und einen aktiven Kundendienst erwartet. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!
 I own a very nice Leff Amsterdam Brick watch. Unfortunately, after a good 3 years, it no longer runs precisely. I could not locate a watchmaker capable of repairing the watch. So I asked Leff Amsterdam Customer Service for advice. Unfortunately, my two inquiries remained unanswered.
279 euros for a disposable item that cannot be repaired? Customer service that doesn't respond...? I would have expected a certain sustainability of the product and an active customer service from a European manufacturer. I am very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a trustable company neither products. The after sales service it's pathetic. As on the website indicates, the watches are water resistant 10atm/100 meters, so it is outrageous that after a refreshing dip in a pool the solution offered is to open the crown and place it next to the window down the sun.

Also bad service, I never received a tracking number in advance to get the trigger that the product was shipped and, last but not least, to have an idea when the delivery would take place. In my LEFF profile the order was steady on status "processing". It was suddenly delivered and fortunately I was at home

I recently ordered a replacement strap (after three years daily wear) and the courier had difficulty with my address. Leff sent not one but two further packages to try to reach me. They were in regular email contact and kept me updated. Excellent customer service, I heartily recommend them.
