Sauf que : les prix sont très attractifs, l'application est ultra novatrice, un sinistre se déclare via l'app en quelques minutes.
Les échanges sont réactifs et cordiaux.
Un investissement incroyable de la part d'Heloïse concernant mon sinistre.
Malheureusement pour le moment réservé aux locataires uniquement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lemonade Verzekering is naar mijn mening de beste verzekering voor mijn generatie (1994) die er is. Het idee van Lemonade is om alles via AI (artificial intelligence) te laten verlopen via uitstekend werkt via de App van Lemonade. Mocht je toch iemand willen spreken kan dit via de mail en word je binnen 5 minuten benaderd (mail/telefoon). Vandaag helaas mijn eerste claim moeten indienen die binnen een paar uur is goed gekeurd. Ik zou deze verzekering aan alle starters aanraden en ga zelf ook nooit meer overstappen naar iets anders. Echt een top bedrijf!
Lemonade Insurance is in my opinion the best insurance for my generation (1994) out there. The idea of Lemonade is to make everything go through AI (artificial intelligence) through excellent work via the Lemonade App. If you still want to speak to someone, you can do this via email and you will be approached within 5 minutes (mail/telephone). Unfortunately had to file my first claim today which was approved within a few hours. I would recommend this insurance to all starters and will never switch to something else myself. A really great company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the one hand, you have to hand it to this company - they are very, very Dutch. On the other hand, if you're looking for insurance, please take a look at how stingy Lemonade is. I have been going back and forth with them over a SHOE ITEM REPAIR issue for weeks now and this is their very, err, shall we say Calvinistic response. This has literally been hours of my life. Please do yourself a favor and get any other insurance policy that is not as annoying, pedantic, and cheap. How much time do I have to go back and forth over their estimated shoe repair being slightly different? Not that much. So please take this review as a warning: though they can seem considerate, they will pick at everything. Get any other insurance policy and save yourself the mental energy of dealing with this amusingly annoying company.
