We wilden samen naar binnen gaan om macarons te kopen maar ik besloot eerst even iets snel iets voor de kinderen te kopen bij de winkel aan de overkant. Mijn vrouw bleef voor de Leonidas wachten op mij maar werd direct door de eigenaar weg gestuurd omdat hij dacht dat zij niet voor zijn zaak kwam. Ik wilde daarna verhaal gaan halen maar bleef gelukkig rustig en besloot dat het beter was om een review te schrijven. Met dit gedrag komt hij nog eens de verkeerde persoon tegen. Today I stood in front of the window of the Leonidas with my wife. We wanted to go in together to buy macarons but I decided to buy something quick for the kids at the shop across the street. My wife kept waiting for me in front of the Leonidas but was immediately sent away by the owner because he thought she was not coming for his business. I wanted to get a story afterwards, but fortunately I stayed calm and decided it was better to write a review. With this behavior, he bumps into the wrong person again.
H	Heleen de Vries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een verschrikkelijk onrespectvolle eigenaar!! We stonden 3 seconden voor zijn etalage te kijken en overleggen wat we gingen doen. Hij komt gelijk naar buiten om ons af te snauwen omdat we het zicht van zijn etalage belemmerden. We hadden daar graag wat macarons willen kopen maar door de kleinerende taal die hij naar ons uitsprak was de lol er af. Uiteindelijk hebben we wat eten gehaalt bij de winkel tegen over hem maar i.v.m corona stonden we buiten te wachten op onze bestelling. Vol woede en frustratie stormt de eigenaar de winkel tegen over hem binnen om even duidelijk te maken dat wij absoluut niet in de buurt van zijn winkel mogen wachten. Echt een verschrikkelijke vent! Ik haal nog liever macarons van de lidl dan bij deze akelige man! What a terribly disrespectful owner !! We stood in front of his window for 3 seconds and discussed what we were going to do. He immediately comes out to snarl at us for obstructing the view of his shop window. We would have liked to buy some macarons there, but because of the disparaging language he spoke to us, the fun was over. In the end we got some food from the store opposite him but due to corona we were waiting outside for our order. Full of anger and frustration, the owner storms into the store across from him to make it clear that we are absolutely not allowed to wait near his store. A really awful guy! I'd rather get macarons from lidl than from this nasty man!
m	micheltenhave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar met knowhow van zijn producten. Ook zijn de kwaliteiten van zijn producten uitstekend. Wel vervelend dat een paar mensen zonder enige afname van een product bij Leonidas het bankje van Leonidas toe-eigenen , terwijl ik een koffie en bonbons wilde nuttigend op het aangewezen bankje! De eigenaar heeft op een vriendelijke manier gezegd; '' dat dit niet de bedoeling is. En dit 'bankje' alleen bestemd is voor Leonidas klanten'' Ook heeft hij mij verteld, dat dit regelmatig gebeurt sinds de covid-19. En hij het vermoeiend vindt, dat continu anderen voor zijn etalage dingen nuttigend van de visboer. Tevens vuil achterlaten op zijn bankje of op de straat voor zijn deur. Voor de rest een leuke winkel, en ik ga sowieso weer terug naar dit adres. A very friendly owner with know-how of his products. Also, the qualities of his products are excellent. It's annoying that a few people without any purchase of a product at Leonidas appropriate the Leonidas bench, while I wanted to eat a coffee and chocolates on the designated bench! The owner has said in a friendly manner; ''that this is not the intention. And this 'bench' is only intended for Leonidas customers'' He also told me that this has been happening regularly since the covid-19. And he finds it tiring that others constantly eat things from the fishmonger in front of his shop window. Also leave dirt on his bench or on the street in front of his door. Otherwise a nice shop, and I will definitely go back to this address.

Toen mijn vrouw niet overging tot de aankoop van 6 koekjes voor 13 euro kreeg ze te horen "Het is inderdaad niet voor iedereen weggelegd". Toen ik daar iets van zei bleek dat hij al geïrriteerd was geraakt omdat m'n vrouw een leeg doosje had aangeraakt. "Dat kan natuurlijk niet in Corona-tijd". En dat terwijl hij zelf zonder mondkapje in z'n 3 m2 winkeltje stond. ? 1 star is way too much, I would rather not have given one. Very arrogant and disrespectful owner! When my wife did not proceed to the purchase of 6 cookies for 13 euros, she was told "It is indeed not for everyone". When I said something about it, it turned out that he had already become irritated because my wife had touched an empty box. "Of course that is not possible in Corona time". And that while he himself was standing in his 3 m2 shop without a mouth cap. ?
T	The Real Karel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unique. Not to big, yet it has an upstairs with is quite large in size. Fun place to be.
L	Lotte Schreuder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop keeper doesn't want any customers. The most unfriendly, chagrined, angry man owns the shop. Ordinary Leonidas chocolates so not fresh or special at all. Definitely would not recommend.

We stood outside the window looking at the flavours and were not asked to leave. Instead, the guy working there came up to us to tell about the different flavours and was really helpfull. Macarons were a bit on the expensive side but were really tasty!
