Ik had dagen moeite om een staafje in een piercing-gat te krijgen dus ik vroeg haar om hulp. Dit kon ze ook regelen nadat mijn tweede conch-piercing was gezet. Leonie is een aanrader als je piercings wilt laten zetten. De afstand Zwolle-Harderwijk is hierom te overbruggen Leonie works hygienically and has a smile, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. Helped me kindly to replace my tragus piercing, because because of all the fiddling (read small fiddling) I couldn't do it myself. Really a topper.

Als een van de dochters nog eens wat verzint komen we graag weer terug. Very calm and professional help. My daughter was quite nervous, but was reassured nicely. M	Mar van Veen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vond Leonie vriendelijk tijdens het zetten van de piercing. De shop zag er ook leuk uit. Helaas is mijn conch piercing flink gaan zwellen en omdat er een te kort staafje in zat heb ik vreselijke pijn gehad hieraan. Ik kon Leonie niet bereiken en de huisarts heeft dringend geadviseerd de piercing er zo snel mogelijk uit te laten halen. Een andere piercer in de buurt heeft hem er toen uitgehaald en deze vertelde ook dat er een langer staafje in had moeten komen, en dat er nu eigenlijk een helix sieraad in mijn conch piercing zat. Toen ik dit meedeelde aan Leonie kreeg ik de reactie dat ze dit al 13 jaar zo doet. Geld terug kon ook niet "maar ik kon wel korting krijgen op een nieuwe piercing aan de andere kant". Voelde me erg onbegrepen; gezien een nieuwe piercing en de mogelijkheid weer zo'n helse pijn te doorstaan het laatste was waar ik op zit te wachten. Nu zit ik thuis met véél pijn, een antibiotica kuur en zonder piercing. Erg jammer. I found Leonie friendly during the piercing. The shop also looked nice. When I communicated this to Leonie, I got the response that she has been doing this for 13 years. Money back was also not possible "but I could get a discount on a new piercing on the other side". Felt very misunderstood; given a new piercing and the possibility to endure such excruciating pain again was the last thing I was waiting for. Now I am at home with a lot of pain, a course of antibiotics and without a piercing. Pity.
