★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service! Broek gekocht die ‘uit zou moeten lopen’, dat ding bleef enorm strak zitten. Dus ik terug: helaas was er niks wat ze konden doen?? Mijn vriend had ook dat zijn broek was verkleurd in de was, dat hoort niet met zo’n dure broek, maar deze keer ook weer: niks wat ze konden doen. Na contact met het Levi’s hoofdkantoor wel online kunnen ruilen, maar dit was enorm veel gedoe!! (Aangezien het hoofdkantoor Engels is)
Bad service! Bought pants that "should walk out," that thing remained very tight. So I back: unfortunately there was nothing they could do ?? My friend also had his pants discolored in the wash, that doesn't belong with such expensive pants, but this time again: nothing they could do. After contacting Levi's head office, I was able to trade online, but this was a lot of hassle !! (Since the head office is English)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I call to ask for a Job position one week ago, I spoke to the Store Manager which deny to give me his full name arguing it was not his obligation to do it, I think his name was Hugo. But again I am just asuming cause he never introduce himself. I found it very unprofessional and rude, besides his attitude wasn´t the best either. I hope that LEVI´S pay attention to the personal they have working for them. That day I hang up the phone with a bitter taste in my mouth and wondering if LEVI´S is a good place to work with such a manager.
