Ik zag dat de verkoopster, achter mijn dochters rug, haar wenkbrauwen optrok. Vervolgens zei ze: "nou je mag dat wel even normaal doen hoor". Geschrokken hebben wij het nog een keer gedaan, sorry gezegd, en mochten we doorlopen. Vervolgens spreken we haar even later aan op haar boze reactie, en wordt haar verweten dat we niet luisteren, en dat ze haar flesje drinken neer moeten zetten. Kortom, een heel perfectionistische verkoopster. Dat kan natuurlijk, maar een beetje vriendelijkheid kon er niet vanaf. Ze ging niet in op de feedback dat ze haar wenkbrouwen optrok achter mijn dochter haar rug, maar verhief haar stem, waardoor wij in shock de winkel hebben verlaten. Blijkbaar was het model broek niet perfect voor mijn type lichaamsbouw. Terug naar de winkel met de broek en aangegeven wat mij stoorde aan de broek. Mocht de broek ruilen voor een ander model en heb daardoor een extra jeans gekocht. De verkoper heeft mij uitstekend geholpen bij het kiezen van mijn twee nieuwe broeken. Hier ga ik zeker terug. P.s. de kaartjes waren van de broek gehaald en mocht toch geruild worden voor een andere broek. Top service! Very satisfied with the service and quality of the jeans. After purchasing a pair of jeans, I was ultimately not satisfied with the model. Apparently the model of pants was not perfect for my type of physique. Back to the store with the pants and indicated what bothered me about the pants. Should exchange the pants for another model and therefore bought an extra pair of jeans. The seller helped me a lot in choosing my two new pants. I will definitely go back here. p.s. the tickets had been removed from the pants and could still be exchanged for another pair of pants.
