★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was aan het toeren langs de Waal.
Besloot ook het achterland met een bezoek te vereren. En kwam uiteindelijk uit bij het Lexkesveer.
Nu heb ik een zwak voor ponten. En zeker de kleinere exemplaren.
Dit is ook een mooi klein veerpontje.
De overtocht was een prettige onderbreking van mijn toertocht, zoals altijd.
De aankomst is mooi.
Je rijdt door een prachtig stukje natuur, alvorens in Wageningen zelf aan te komen.
Als je ook van pontjes houdt, en in de buurt komt, zeker de oversteek wagen!
Was touring along the Waal.
Also decided to pay a visit to the hinterland. And eventually ended up at the Lexkesveer.
Now I have a weakness for ferries. And especially the smaller ones.
This is also a nice little ferry.
The crossing was a pleasant break from my tour, as always.
The arrival is beautiful.
You drive through a beautiful piece of nature before arriving in Wageningen itself.
If you also like ferries, and come in the area, definitely take the crossing!
