★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn moeder is in Gent opgenomen in het ziekenhuis met ernstig letsel, wij zijn nogal ongerust natuurlijk en nu zagen we nog boeken liggen van jullie, deze heb ik terug gebracht en tot mijn grote verbazing moest ik een boete betalen. Het gaat niet om die €2,10 maar echt humaan is het niet.
My mother was admitted to a hospital in Ghent with a serious injury, we are rather worried of course and now we still saw books from you, which I brought back and to my great surprise I had to pay a fine. It is not about the € 2.10 but it is not really humane.
