I’ve sent screen shots to the company and asked for a refund only to be told I have to contact Mcafee They say the code has been successfully registered but I still don’t have the software. I’m not happy at all. I wish I’d just gone to a shop and bought a disc

Turns out that it’s really easy. Just go to License2Go and save almost 50%.
It’s the same process as renewing with Microsoft, you actually follow an identical process. Just enter the unlock code that you receive and - job done.
