β β β β β Extreme lack of normal decency towards customers. One of the cashiers (woman with curly afro and glasses) spent several minutes talking to the customer in front of me along with another worker (small woman with straight, black hair) and basically just let me wait there until the customer himself started moving along and excusing himself for the time he is taking (still not leaving though). As it was finally my turn to pay, awkwardly in the middle of their conversation, not a word is spoken to me.

β β β β β This shop has many nice affordable products of good quality. Downsides are that most of the employees are not taking covid 19 measures seriously, neither wearing masks or trying to keep distance. Also the limited space in the shop often makes it very crowded with long lines.

β β β β β Staff and many customers ignore Covid guidelines, there are usually long queues at the checkout, the bakery selection is much smaller than most Lidl stores. Overall a crammed, small Lidl that I would avoid if it wasn't the only one around.
Edit: Thanks for the reply, but I don't know why I would get in touch. Just tell your employees to follow the guidelines, wear a mask and the same for customers.
