★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zondag gesloten in tegenstelling tot wat er op google maps staat. Sta ik voor niks voor de deur. Ik heb een suggestie naar Google gedaan om de openingstijden aan te passen, maar als eigenaar zou je dit soort dingen zelf moeten bijhouden.
 Closed Sunday unlike what it says on google maps. I am at the door for nothing. I made a suggestion to Google to adjust the opening times, but as an owner, you should keep track of things like this yourself.

Ik werd vriendelijk binnen gevraagd door een heer met een Fries accent.
Met liefde en passie vertelde de man over de verschillende kazen. Ik heb een stuk nagelkaas en een stuk oude geitenkaas meegenomen.
Geen spijt! Nu op aanraden van de man roggebrood halen voor mn nagelkaas?
Curious, I looked from outside at the assortment of cheeses.
I was kindly invited in by a gentleman with a Frisian accent.
The man talked about the different cheeses with love and passion. I brought a piece of clove cheese and a piece of old goat cheese.
No regrets! Now on the advice of the man getting rye bread for my nail cheese

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broad assortiment of cheeses. For family I was looking something special and seasonally. Apart from an old cheese, I got one mushroom and I've truffle based. While the consensus was not to mix them, each was of wonderful and rich flavor. Though just as a small snack eaten, again the consensus was that either would be great with pasta.
