★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een topbedrijf is dit! We hebben 10 jaar geleden onze verlichting bij Licht Plaza aangeschaft en nu voor onze nieuwbouwwoning ervaren we wederom een geweldige service.
Een groot assortiment (wat in de winkel of webshop niet aanwezig is kan veelal toch besteld worden), heel goed kosteloos advies (welke verlichting op welke plek, hoeveel verlichting, stijlkeuze etc.) en ook technische ondersteuning.
We hadden spots aangeschaft maar wisten niet goed hoe de trafo te bevestigen. Een ritje naar de winkel bood de oplossing. Terwijl ik aan de koffie zat werden de draadjes met klemmetjes aan de lampen gemonteerd. Toch uiteindelijk ruim een half uur werk terwijl het topdrukte voor hen was. Ik hoefde niets af te rekenen.
We hebben nog niet alle lampen uitgekozen dus ze gaan ons nog een paar keer zien de komende weken. Aanrader!!!!!
What a top company this is! We purchased our lighting at Licht Plaza 10 years ago and now we are once again experiencing great service for our new-build home.
A large assortment (what is not available in the store or webshop can often be ordered anyway), very good free advice (which lighting in which place, how much lighting, choice of style, etc.) and also technical support.
We had purchased spots but were not sure how to attach the transformer. A trip to the store offered the solution. While I was having coffee, the wires were attached to the lamps with clamps. Still, in the end, more than half an hour of work while it was very busy for them. I didn't have to pay anything.
We haven't picked all the lamps yet so they will see us a few more times in the coming weeks. Recommended!!!!!
