★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an expat relocating to another country, Alison was a huge asset and extremely helpful (being an expat herself). She’s quite knowledgeable of all the little details when it comes to helping you find the perfect place. I truly believe she wants to match you with the perfect apartment and will go the extra mile to accomplish that. While I was traveling back home, she still searched for properties that fit our liking, visited the property, took videos, and made time for multiple calls. Lastly, she thoroughly assisted us throughout the move in process with the proposal, lease, check-in, etc.
I would absolutely recommend her!

We live overseas and when our tenants gave their notice, Lighthouse were very quick to respond and put the property back up for rent. It was very reassuring to know that it was in their hands. They understand how much we still value our property and are less concerned with finding new tenants as quickly as possible, and more concerned with finding the right tenants for us. The transition from old to new tenant was handled very smoothly. We will continue to use them in the future.

Also in a day we could see 2 apartments and we could finalize one. Also response time with email and phone was really great with this Rental agency. She helped us finding right energy providers.
