Ware lag bei uns an Lager und daher Schaden erst später bemerkt - Light & Living bzw. Lightmakers BV sind leider 0% entgegen gekommen.
Für uns als Lieferant leider disqualifiziert.
Unfortunately, I had bad experiences as a corporate customer with after-sales. Item numbers were incorrect - 1 of 3 items is defective - Exchange or return has been rejected.
We had goods in stock and therefore the damage was only noticed later - Light & Living and Lightmakers BV, unfortunately, 0% responded.
Unfortunately disqualified for us as a supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product with LED light that is supposed to last thousands of hours is defect after 2 years. At Light & Living the product is no longer under warranty. I've replaced it with an identical looking product that has 5 years warranty at a fraction of the price. My advise would be to avoid Light & Living products.
