★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn verjaardagstaartbestelling was niet naar wens: hele andere kleur marsepein en niks geschreven. Bij ontvangst geen excuus oid, alleen dat het zogenaamd niet goed gecommuniceerd is. Heb de taart maar geaccepteerd, anders had ik niks. De taart bleek ook hartstikke bitter te smaken, niet te eten. Contact opgenomen en heel klantonvriendelijk behandeld. Ze denken helemaal niet met je mee. Dit was mijn laatste bestelling hier.
My birthday cake order was not satisfactory: very different color marzipan and nothing written. No excuse or similar upon receipt, only that it is supposedly not properly communicated. I accepted the cake, otherwise I would have nothing. The cake also turned out to taste very bitter, not to be eaten. Contacted and treated very customer unfriendly. They don't think along with you at all. This was my last order here.
