Dan maar als alternatief een cappuccino. Bij afrekenen blijkt dat dit niet in de aanbieding valt. Dat hoor je van te voren te melden. Er werd tenslotte eerst om thee gevraagd dus het was duidelijk dat we de aanbieding wilden. Dat de gevraagde smaken niet op voorraad zijn, is jammer maar niet ons probleem. Als 3x negatief geantwoord moet worden omdat de voorraad niet op orde is, wordt de kwaliteit van een horeca instelling bepaald door hoe je daar mee om gaat. In dit geval moet het management zich op het achterhoofd krabben. We went for tea with a pie. What flavor of tea is being asked. No regular tea, cherry tea or "sweet sin" tea available.
