Tot nu zeer tevreden over Limtrade. Fijne website met handige calculator voor staal. In 1 oogopslag weet ik wat het kost. Ik heb nu 4 keer stalen balken of profielen besteld en elke keer ben ik zeer tevreden. Vanaf de bestelling tot de levering. Chauffeurs uiterst vriendelijk, kwaliteit producten en levering is tijdig. Zelfs voor verzonken werk. Ga zo door en tot de volgende keer!

Mail gestuurd met de vraag of zij de juiste partner zijn voor het maken van een draagbalk aan de hand van een bouwtekening. Hierop kreeg ik reactie dat ze dit zeker kunnen en zagen de tekening graag tegemoet. Vervolgens na 6 dagen wachten gebeld of mijn mail goed ontvangen was. Kreeg tehoren dat de offerte klaar was en alleen nog langs de eindverantwoordelijke moest voor goedkeuring. Ondertussen is het weer 7 dagen later. Ik verwacht niet nog antwoord te krijgen. Misschien verdienen ze te weinig op èèn balk of ze zijn daadwerkelijk slecht in het maken van afspraken en klantcontact. Maar ik verwacht in elk geval geen reactie meer en ben ook zeker niet van plan terug te keren naar deze firma.

Hout besteld en betaald medio april. Dit werd op afroep voor mij klaargelegd volgens verkoper. Ten tijde van afroep blijken mijn spullen reeds verkocht te zijn en kan ik wel nieuwe verkrijgen.....maar ik moet meer betalen. ik heb de order geannuleerd en mijn geld terug gekregen....dat dan weer wel. houden zich niet zo netjes aan de afspraak.

Good building materials, A bit too expencive and a long wait for deliveries in Belgium

Called on Friday 27/4/2018 and got answering machine the entire day. Answering machine said that they would be reachable until 3PM on Fridays, except in the lunch break from 12:30 to 13:00, but this was not the case.

Very bad service. I ordered 2 pieces of steel to finish off my kitchen floor. Ordering on the site went more or less well. I had to let the two pieces sawn to form a hook and wanted it done correctly. I was able to send a drawing of what I wanted with the measurement because it was not possible to order directly on the site what seemed as something that has to be ordered on a regular basis. I decided to pick the order up at Limtrade because I thought the delivery price was outrageous and because I did not want to receive something I did not order. This means that I had to drive 3hrs to get there and back. After a couple of days I received 3 mails confirming my order and informing me that it would be delivered on the 3rd of Nov. I called to ask if the order was ready for me to pick up but they could not answer my question and would call me back. I had to call again and was disrespectfully told that they are very busy and have no time to check my order. The next day I left for Holland to pick up my order after I finally received the ok from their unfriendly secretary. What I saw there was shocking. With a smile they handed over two pieces of rusted steel. It was sawn wrongly eventhough the secretary had received my sketch and was holding it not understanding what was wrong. No hook was possible the way they had sawn the pieces. Thank God I dit not have this rusted order delivered for close to 50Euros. All their steel lies outside and is rusty. Not 1 single peace of steel that looks anything like on their site. When I confronted them with the difference between what they offer and the pictures on their site they didn't seem to care much. They offered to order it again without promise that it would not be rusted which would mean again a 3hrs drive for me and I am not counting the fuel I lost. That was their only solution. I left there disappointed and empty handed with only a promise that they would reimburse what I paid on their site. I wonder if and when that will happen. If I can give an advice to anyone, it is do not get blinded by their low prices and remember that the materials and service reflects that LOW.
