Again pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and adequate support with my technical problem. My laptop is completely "fresh and fruity" and goes like a rocket; and that fixed within a day.

Even if I indicate that something is in no hurry, a phone call follows the same day. The helpdesk is always friendly and any problem is solved quickly. Highly recommended!

Wat mij betreft de ideale mix tussen een klein bedrijf die zaken flexibel op kunnen pakken en een groot bedrijf waar niet alles meteen fout loopt als ‘de baas’ er niet is. Van aanvraag tot factuur, maar ook hardwarelevering: alles is gestructureerd, maar de mensen rondom die structuur maken dat het toch flexibel en prettig is. Je krijgt waar je om vraagt en ze helpen je om het juiste te vragen.
Worked with Linfosys for both hosting and specific WiFi solutions. Impressed in all cases by the quick and professional response from this company. As far as I am concerned, the ideal mix between a small company that can handle things flexibly and a large company where everything does not immediately go wrong when "the boss" is not there. From request to invoice, but also hardware delivery: everything is structured, but the people around that structure make it flexible and pleasant. You get what you ask for and they help you ask for the right thing.
