★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een ongelofelijke prutsers. Fouten maken is menselijk, maar de afhandeling van een klacht ( geheel terecht ) moet toch echt professioneler.
 What incredible bunglers. Making mistakes is human, but the handling of a complaint (quite rightly) should really be more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke gezellige sfeer ,zowel pand als personeel creëeren dit, ik kom hier bij toeval, gezellig gesprek , en het is zeer goed geknipt, als ik weer eens in Hoorn kom ga ik zeker ff langs.
Nice cozy atmosphere, both building and staff create this, I come here by chance, nice conversation, and it is very well cut, if I come back to Hoorn I will definitely stop by.

After moving to Hoorn i went to LinQ kappers to freshen up my high- and lowlights and get rid of my roots. I brought a picture with me of my hair showing how it was after my last appointment at my old hairdresser. I wanted exactly the same, i was also very specific that i like the highlights very thin.
After 4 (!) hours i looked like a zebra and roots were not done at all. They offered to fix it, so i went back a few days later. One of the owners took care of it. Her attempt to fix it was simply to just dye my blond hair brown and colour my roots orange. Thats how they left me. It took me over four weeks and a lot of hair washing to finally get rid of the orange roots and most of the dark brown colour. I called them again and asked, if i now finally could get my high- and lowlights done to get what i payed for. They said they couldn’t help me.
This is the first ever negative review i am writing. After over four weeks of bad hair day every day, i felt the need to share my experience with LinQ kappers so this hopefully doesn’t happen to anybody else.
