★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow geweldige after sales, wij hebben een prachtige box gekocht 6 jaar terug. Ik had de schroeven kwijt gemaakt. Ik kon nog steeds nieuwe schroeven krijgen tegen kleine vergoeding. Kwaliteit van de box is super hij zit er na 6 jaar nog als nieuw uit. Alles ia makkelijk in en uitelkaar te halen.

 Wow great after sales, we have bought a beautiful box 6 years ago. I had lost the screws. I could still get new screws for a small fee. The quality of the box is super, it still looks like new after 6 years. Everything is easy to get in and out of each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De service is BELABBERD! Ze hebben de eerste keer een foutieve bezorging gedaan. Dat kan natuurlijk gebeuren, maar ook de tweede keer zijn ze aangekomen met een verkeerd onderdeel. Telefonisch kom je er bijna niet door, ze beloven van alles maar komen niets waar.
Een foutje maken kan iedereen overkomen, maar om deze fout te herstellen mag het niets kosten, want ondertussen wachten we al meer dan 2 maanden op het ontbrekende onderdeel.!!
Nooit meer een product van Bopita!!
The service is BAD! They did a wrong delivery the first time. That can happen of course, but also the second time they arrived with the wrong part. You can barely get through it by phone, they promise everything but nothing comes true.
Anyone can make a mistake, but it can't cost anything to correct this error, because we have been waiting for the missing part for more than 2 months. !!
Never again a Bopita product !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De service is ongelooflijk goed!!! Ons pakket lag maar bij PostNL en wanneer je hun belt geven ze aan dat het nog een maand kan duren waardoor Bopita dezelfde bestelling nog een keer stuurde en na een dag goed aankwam!! Vervolgens kwam vanuit postnl hetzelfde pakket binnen en had gebeld hoe ik het mag retourneren maar mocht het houden omdat het opsturen daarvan alleen maar meer geld kost en was een bestelling van een paar tientjes! TOPSERVICE!!! En de slechte reviews hieronder moeten niet zo zeiken wanneer ze niet hun gewenste antwoordt krijgen om internationale verzendingen! Als een bedrijf daarvoor kiest respecteer je het maar en er zal vast wel kindermeubilair in je eigen land te koop zijn toch ;)
The service is unbelievably good !!! Our package was only with PostNL and when you call them they indicate that it can take another month so Bopita sent the same order again and arrived well after a day !! Then the same package came in from postnl and had called how I can return it but was allowed to keep it because sending it costs more money and was an order of a few tens! TOP SERVICE !!! And the bad reviews below should not bother so much when they don't get their desired answers to international shipments! If a company chooses to do that, you just respect it and there will probably be children's furniture for sale in your own country anyway;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na magazynie pracują Polacy ułatwia to wszystko rozładunek dość szybko oczywiście jeśli jest Pan który się zajmuje tylko ta funkcja ;) czas oczekiwania dłuższy ale wszystko w normie ;)
Poles work in the warehouse, it facilitates all unloading quite quickly, of course, if there is a man who only deals with this function;) the waiting time is longer but everything is normal;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be a brand that was synonymous with quality and style. Well, quality is long long gone. I ordered a 3 section wardrobe for kids, paid loads of money and it started to fall apart quicker then cheapest ikea item. They claim their furniture is wooden - ha ha ha.... Used to be. Only the doors are wooden, the rest is cheap pressed wood. Drawer is falling apart already for couple of years and each time I have to fix it. When a piece of the door got broken due to stupid design, the customer service was not helpful and basically made a statement - either you buy it for around 80 eu or live with a broken door. I would highly recommend to stay away from this brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to avoid at any cost. The goods I received were missing different parts. As a result I was not able to construct the goods. As well quality issues with goods itselves. They do not care about customers. You have to wait for days before they answer. Weeks for a solution. Meanwhile you got stuck with unfinished furniture and opened boxes everywhere in the house. I deeply regret I bought something from them. They give you stress and frustrations on the moments when you expect a baby... BIG THUMBS down for this asocial bunch of incompetent thieves. UPDATE :
the wardrobes have a strong chemical odor that penetrates into the baby clothes. As a result, you have to wash all clothes again, leave doors open and hope that after months this bad smell will disappear. This is by far my worst purchase in years.
