★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 4 dagen ging mijn trainingsbroek kapot. Er zaten twee 'ladders' in mijn trainingsbroek. Helaas had ik het retourfomulier niet meer, maar ze hebben zonder problemen een gratis nieuwe opgestuurd. Deze had ik na 1 werkdag al in huis.
After 4 days my training pants broke. There were two 'ladders' in my training pants. Unfortunately I no longer had the return form, but they sent a new one free of charge without any problems. I already had this at home after 1 working day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleding valt helaas te klein, wil het hierdoor retourneren maar krijg geen respons op mijn mail met de vraag waar het naartoe kan. Daarnaast zat er geen pakbon bij met instructie. Kwaliteit kleding ziet er goed uit, echter de organisatie erachter mag wel een training klantvriendelijkheid / communicatie volgen

Retour via website aanmelden lukt niet, contact opgenomen via het contactformulier op de website-> geen reactie. Dan maar via social media op Messenger-> geen reactie. Telefonisch contact opgenomen-> antwoordapparaat.
Zeer onbetrouwbare webshop en lijkt dus een spookbedrijf ! Opletten !
After receiving the package I wanted to return it because the size was too small. Return via website does not register, contacted via the contact form on the website -> no response. Then via social media on Messenger -> no response. Contacted by phone -> answering machine.
Very unreliable webshop and therefore seems to be a ghost company! NB !
