★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg betrokken en actief binnen zowel de lokale gemeenschap van Capelle aan den IJssel als in de regionale, landelijke en internationale organisatie. Een groot project is de Kerstpakkettenactie, dat ieder jaar samen met de Rotary en de Capelse kerken wordt uitgevoerd. Alle fondsenwervende activiteiten staan in het teken hiervan. De bekendste jaarlijkse activiteiten zijn de sloeproeiwedstrijden op de Hollandse IJssel en de Carols for Charity in de oude Dorpskerk.
 Very involved and active within the local community of Capelle aan den IJssel as well as in the regional, national and international organization. A major project is the Christmas Package Promotion, which is carried out every year together with the Rotary and the Capelse churches. All fundraising activities are dominated by this. The best-known annual activities are the sloop rowing competitions on the Hollandse IJssel and the Carols for Charity in the old Dorpskerk.
