Bei unserem Neubau wurde die Dacheindeckung, die Dachrinnenmontage und der Einbau einer Photovoltaik-Indach-Anlage für uns optimal geplant und umgesetzt. In der Planungsphase wurden wir ausführlich und kompetent beraten. Dabei wurden mehrere Varianten vorgeschlagen und im Endeffekt alle eigenen Wünsche umgesetzt. In our new building, the roof covering, the gutter assembly and the installation of a photovoltaic in-roof system were optimally planned and implemented for us. Neben der Eindeckung des Daches wurden auch diverse Regenrinnen und Fallrohre montiert. Dazu wurde eine Loggia hergestellt und fachgerecht abgedichtet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, da alle Arbeiten schnell und kompetent ausgeführt wurden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass alle Arbeiten exakt in dem vorher angebotenen Budget geblieben sind und transparent abgerechnet wurden. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Auch wurden kompetente Tischler und Elektriker für weitere Anschlussarbeiten vermittelt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis und können die Firma weiterempfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und fleißig. Für das Gesamtpaket gab es einen angemessenen Preis. (Bei der Firma Velux (die die Dachfenster lieferte) muss man als Kunde allerdings genauer auf das Gelieferte schauen. Es kam dort zu mehreren Fehlern, was zu Verzögerungen führte.) Als erstes wurde mir plump eine E-Mail mit folgender Rückmeldung zugesandt: Sehr geehrter Herr ……, vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage. Kostenvoranschläge sind bei uns nicht unverbindlich und auch nicht kostenlos ! Da wir Sie nicht in unserem Kundenstamm haben wird der Aufwand für ein Kostenvoranschlag nach Aufwand abgerechnet ( aktuell 56€ / Std plus Mwst. ) Sollten Sie Interesse haben, bitte ich um schriftliche Beauftragung. Nachdem ich dann kurze Zeit später auf diese ungewöhnliche Email reagiert habe, hatte mich Herrn Lippes auch schon persönlich angerufen. Wir sind so verblieben, dass ich Fotos via WhatsApp senden soll, welches ich am 28.02.2022 auch gemacht habe. Heute am 04.03 bekomme ich die E-Mail, dass man mir weder einen Kostenvoranschlag noch die Arbeiten bei mir ausführen kann, da diese laut ihren Angaben, zu viele Aufträge habe! Ich verstehe einfach nicht, wie man dann jemanden so hinhalten kann, wenn man dieses schon im Vorfeld gewusst haben müsste! Andernfalls denke ich, dass hier direkte Aufträge rein gekommen sind, welche dann bevorzugt worden sind! Alles in allem bin ich stinke sauer und hoffe, diese Rezension hilft anderen, ein Unternehmen zu finden, welches so arbeitet, wie man es sich wünscht und kennt!!
