★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This poor review is for insulting costumer service and a refusal to deal with or even acknowledge a defective shoe strap. As can be seen in the photo, which was sent, the holes are in very different places in one of the shoes. When shoes of varying prices are exchanged, the different amounts are not taken into consideration and Lisadore keeps the difference. I will not buy here again. It is important for others to know their business practice to make an informed choice in working with this shop.
