β β β β β The pho was good. The meatballs were great, as were the other meats. Just in general the broth was a bit to meaty (see the dark colour in my picture) in my opinion and lacked some of the herby flavours I have come to expect in Pho. Also topping it with less meat would not hurt. The noodles and other toppings were great.
Service was friendly, during corona you have to wait outdoors sometimes. Price is ok, especially for the location.

- Are probably Ductch and only knows Bitterballen for lunch and dinner.
- Never went to a proper Vietnamese Restaurant.
I mean how hard it is to, at least, go on Internet and check if what you sell looks AT LEAST, a bit like what it is supposed to be? Or check a recipe maybe?
Hands down one the worst VN restaurant ever. I'm even suprised they don't sell the Dutch "vietnamese loempia" at this point. (yes, vietnamese loempia is not a thing. It simply doesn't exist.)

β β β β β Pho is superb and the drip coffee is actually too intensely sweet like some of the others Iβve had before. Good service and cheap prices too. Be here early or at odd times as the shop is slightly small and can be filled rather quickly

β β β β β The best Vietnamese noodles I've eaten in Amsterdam ? we ordered the beef and the stew one (which is number 1 and 2 on the menu)
The number 1 has alot of different styles of meat...thick slices of beef, beef balls, thin slices of beef etc
The number 2 which the soup is more red ish....has more like stew beef in it. Both are tasty and you can add sriracha or hoisin sauce to your own liking ? ?
Definitely price friendly and recommended if you want to have a quick lunch. If you go for dinner here I would recommend to take some side dishes as well to fill you up more (1 bowl is not enough for big eaters ?) but still fine if you want a balanced lunch.
