★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slechte service. In de check-out vermelden dat je 30 dagen de tijd hebt om je bestelling te retourneren (30 dagen niet goed geld terug). In werkelijkheid zijn dit maar 14 dagen! Pas hier voor op! Ik bestelde regelmatig wat bij deze webshop maar ik heb hier zo'n nare smaak van overgehouden dat ik hier nooit meer wat ga kopen. Ik vind Little Soho geen betrouwbare webshop. Ze zijn ook geen lid van Thuiswinkel dus je kunt nergens een klacht indienen. Je zou betere service verwachten van een webshop welke zulke dure spullen verkoopt.
Super bad service. State in the check-out that you have 30 days to return your order (30 days money back). In reality, these are only 14 days! Watch out for this! I regularly ordered something from this webshop, but I have had such a bad taste that I will never buy anything here again. I don't think Little Soho is a reliable webshop. They are also not a member of Thuiswinkel, so you can not file a complaint anywhere. You would expect better service from a webshop that sells such expensive items.

Super fijne website! Ook mede door de foto's met de looks waardoor je een goed beeld krijgt van de artikelen.
Ik had een blouse besteld en had hem de volgende dag al binnen wat niet meer zo vanzelfsprekend is in deze tijd.
De (zijden) blouse was ook heel netjes verpakt.
Ik ga hier zeker vaker bestellen!

Super nice website! Also due to the photos with the looks, which give you a good idea of the articles.
I ordered a blouse and received it the next day, which is no longer a matter of course at this time.
The (silk) blouse was also very neatly packaged.
I will definitely order here more often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie website om te zien. Service is slecht. Retourkosten voor eigen rekening nog ergens te begrijpen. Wanneer je iets wil ruilen voor een andere maat en dan met een beetje pech 2x retourkosten voor 1 kledingstuk moet betalen is erg klantonvriendelijk.
Nice website to see. Service is bad. Return costs at your own expense still understandable somewhere. If you want to exchange something for a different size and then have to pay 2x return costs for 1 item of clothing with a bit of luck, it is very customer unfriendly.
