Order has been placed and money has been transferred. however, no response whatsoever to phone calls and email. Of course I did not receive the items either.

Update: vandaag plots gebeld met excuses en ze hebben het geld terug gestort. Toch nog een happy end ? I HAVE PLACED AND PAYED AN ORDER, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. TELEPHONICALLY THE COMPANY IS NOT ACCESSIBLE AND MAILS ARE ALSO NOT RESPONDED. Update: today suddenly called with apologies and they have refunded the money. Still a happy ending ?

Ik werd ook netjes gebeld dat 1 besteld item toch een andere kleur had. En er zat zelfs nog een presentje (klein treintje) bij de bestelling. The order was delivered within a few working days. I am very happy with the stuff from Thomas the train! I was also nicely called that 1 ordered item still had a different color. And there was even a present (small train) with the order.

Een week later worden we toch verrast en komt een bestelling binnen. Totaal iets anders dan we hebben besteld. Met een mededeling dat dit het laatste artikel was wat ze konden vinden en dit maar hebben opgestuurd. Meteen hierover gemaild dat we niet akkoord gaan, en het artikel willen retourneren en ons geld terug willen. Na 6 dagen geen enkele reactie. We have ordered, paid for and received nothing here ... no response to telephone and mail. A week later we are still surprised and an order arrives. Totally different from what we ordered. With a statement that this was the last article they could find and just sent it. Immediately e-mailed that we do not agree, and want to return the item and our money back. No response after 6 days.
