★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live&be is a very cosy and student-friendly environment containing even some luxury options like gym or game room and library with a great as well as quite considerate administration who tries their best to make this experience flawless specially for students who are far from their family or home country.
I as a RWTH-Student living here totally recommend this co-living studio not just for student but also generally for a high-quality temporary residance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend to live there! The company misleads students with the terms of the contracts they offer. Currently there are many complaints because the rates that supposedly are "all inclusive" are not really, additionally there are complaints that the facility manager enters the rooms without consent or information to the occupants. The facilities are good but it is a headache to move there. If you are a student, you might get something better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommended Live&Be because of the wonderful time that I had there, it was really great experience for me. I enjoyed a lot. And I would say that it was the best place for starting my living in Europe.
One of the best part of the building is the lobby, because it gives everyone an opportunity to break the ice and talk to each other. After couple of days you will meet new friends, and they will introduce you to the new cultures and languages that different from yours, but you will learn a lot f.
The whole team are truly supportive. I never forget their help, support, and understanding through this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for 5 months. I enjoyed it a lot! The city is beautiful, the building is on a right place, you can go everywhere! It's a safe place and i felt realy safe there. Would recommend!!

The city was very beautiful and quiet, The location of the building was such that it had good access to both public transport and a beautiful park. But most important of all, I think, was the good management of the building from the moment we applied for the room until we left there. This good management was making it easy for us to move and the building was always quiet and clean, and the slightest problem in the building was quickly investigated and resolved.
