J'ai réservé une croisière sud Egypte ,sur le Red Sea Adventurer pour le mois de septembre avec une réduction de 50 %.Réservation payée et confirmée preuve à l'appui. Croisière annulée par Liveaboard ,15 jours avant le départ sans explication et remplacée par une croisière nord sur un autre bateau. La croisière sud avec le Red Sea Adventurer n'a pas été annulée ,mais a été vendue en parallèle à tarif plein .Surbooking chez Liveaboard. J'ai récupéré une croisière sud ,1 mois plus tard sur le JP Marine qui ne correspond pas aux mêmes prestations . Négociation pour une cabine au 1 er étage et un forfait nitrox pour compenser l'augmentation de mes billets d'avion et du train. Conclusion , peut-on faire confiance aux tarifs réduits affichés sur le site ? Peut-être sont ils faits pour appâter le client ?

it was easy to book with these guys but if you have a problem on your live aboard they are not there to help you one bit they take the side of the live aboard operator if something went wrong I cannot recommend this place at all

Company scammers. I purchased a safari tour in May 2020. Due to quarantines and closure of the borders, the safari was canceled by the operator. The company refused to refund the money. The company lied in correspondence within a month that the safari will take place. The company is not responsible for anything and just steals your money. f you risk buying something in this company. Keep in mind - they will not deal with problems. They will say we just took the money, and for those guys who were supposed to provide you a service, we are not responsible.

In the past (before corona) I did several safaris with liveaboard.com, and it worked always well. SInce 2 years I had troubles on every booking with them. Once they canceled a trip and tried to keep the monney. Fortunately the credid card company forced them in this case, to give the monney back. On the next booking they wrote that the trip is not confirmed at the moment of booking, but they will update us when there are news about the trip. Unfortuantely they did not update us about this trip. At the end we recognized that somebody booked a fullcharter on this boat. And the last most major failure from them is the following: We booked a suite on a safari boat. As soon as I did the payment, they sent the deckplan of the boat. Unfortunately, on the decklan they sent, was not anymore a suite. As a result I tried to clarify this point, but liveaboard.com tried to ignore this fact. This means, that they needed multiple weeks to write an answer and the answer was about other things then I asked. As a next step I wrote directly to the operator, and the operator confirmed to me that the suite is already occupied by other guests and liveaboard.com booked the cheapest room for me. Fortunately the oparator helped me, that I got at least a little bit better room with a double bed. But it was not the suite and still a downgrade. On the boat we noticed that this did also happen to others, which booked through liveaboard.com. As a conclusion: I have hopefully learned, that I shoud never again book something over liveaboard.com. There are enough serious brookers for dive safaries. And when liveaboard.com has an offer on the homepage, which no one else has, I can be sure that this offer is in real not anymore existing.

Booking process seems to be easy and clear but I highly recommend to book directly at the boot owner's Website. I sent a lot of emails with LiveABoard to clarify all things upfront. On their website it stated about 40€/day but the total price for 8 days was 690€. So, wrong price information #1 The national park fees was stated with 5€/day but actually it was 7,50€. Wrong price info #2 I asked for prices for AOWD course they replied with 100€ for the course and 75€ for certificate incl. Book. This leaded to a bigger conflict with the boot owner's final bill. He said his price is 125€ for the course since 5 years. So, wrong price info #3. In the end I had to tell the owner I cannot write a good feedback about the trip if he insists to get the 25% more from what his business partner told us. This is not how a good Safari should ends like! Also there were some mistakes in booking confirmation that I luckily found directly. Reaction time to high and not professional enough. Contact details of Safari Operator was sent just one day before the trip. Too many people involved. BOOK DIRECTLY AT THE OWNERS WEBPAGE WITHOUT LIVEABOARD!

I booked a liveaboard with my friends in Australia, with the prices listed in Australian prices. For a product sold and provided in Australia, Liveaboard needs to comply with local requirements. They did not provide the full refund of the amount of money we paid, due to the fact they charge in Euros. We lost 10% of our booking value. Do not book with Liveaboard.com
