Toen ik vandaag in de kleur zat heeft ze een andere klant binnen een half uur een metamorfose gegeven. Zo leuk! I have been a customer of Liza for 2 years now. Every time I am very satisfied with my hair. Liza dares to cut and gives good advice. When I was in the color today, she gave another customer a metamorphosis within half an hour. So funny!

Ik voelde mij hier niet fijn en raad deze salon daarom niet aan! The customer-friendliness was mediocre, the way of working unprofessional, it felt impersonal, dead and like assembly line work. I did not feel comfortable here and therefore do not recommend this salon!

Klant vriendelijkheid mag ook wel meer aan gedaan worden, haar is redelijk geknipt maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. I had to wait 45 minutes While I had an appointment for a haircut for my eight-year-old daughter .. and it was 14.50 per child finally paid 22 euros, so-called there is an additional supplement for long hair, you will not be paid anything about this in advance said.. A	Angie Retis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience ever! 180€ for the worst “balayage” ever, this girl has no idea about how to realize this procedure, color is terrible, between yellow and orange, I must say that previous her “professional” job I had silver tone, I asked her to keep it like that and she said yes, see last picture the tone I had. When she finished after the blower and silicone (or I don’t know how she put in my hair as last step) I asked her if that’s it, she said: yes beautiful eh? Well no! Not beautiful at all! My hair was still wet, the color terrible, it looks like burned! I am very angry and disappointed because what she did to my hair is terrible, I wasted my time, my money and my hair! I believe she is very good cutting man’s hair because all the time I was there she was attending a lot of customers. After the argue we had, she said that she was not done and that I wanted to leave, which is not true, I wanted to leave because of her terrible job after she said she was done plus she also said my hair was black and that’s why the new amazing tones I got, yellow and orange. Last picture the balayage I had. This is my personal experience, but I hope it can help someone who is thinking to go there for a balayage. Please don’t go!
